Unable to create email templates - Won't recognize category

Hello,

We recently started using sequences, and in creating marketing emails for this, we've run into a problem. My team was able to create email templates in our UAT environment, but now that we're in production, all of us (even me as the admin) are getting this weird error. When we try to create an email template, the form below pops up, with /user/ defaulted as the category. When you try and change that category, it blanks it out then says it's required. Then you try and select it again, and it's like, grey-ed out, and still gives you this error. If you try to click create it doesn't do anything, just shows the error. Any ideas of some setting I've missed? Or should I submit a ticket?

FYI I opened a ticket with Microsoft and this is a known issue that they will have to patch.

It works fine if you turn off "New look" function.

We are getting this same issue. Not sure what to do but it was a very popular feature for my staff

    Hi,

Our team tried to reproduce your issue but failed.

Here are a few guesses that our team has come up with.

Could you please check if you have any other custom JavaScript Code plugins etc. in your environment? Although, according to the information our team searched for, the Email Template entity system provides out-of-the-box entities that you cannot customize. However, it does not exclude other plugin-like things that can customize the entity.

In addition, if you have checked and determined that there are no plug-ins or code, etc. in your environment that affects this entity, then this is probably an internal product issue. Then this is probably an internal product issue and you should use the link below to seek support from Microsoft.

I hope my answer is helpful to you! If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact me.

    Best Regards,
    Rudy Zhang
