Whats the location of web.config file of AIF inbound service.

AIF services in AX 2012 are hosted on AOS, which isn't a web application and therefore it uses app.config instead of web.config.
I am increasing the buffer size of web service and need to check the same is reflected on web.config or as you mentioned app.config. Whats the location of the file.
I have been refereeing this blog :-

It's in AOS bin directly, i.e. (by default) C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics AX\60\Server\MicrosoftDynamicsAX\bin\Ax32Serv.exe.config.
This config file does not contain all new services deployed be me.
No, of course - it contains configuration of system services.
You clearly need something else than what you asked about. Forget web.config, go to AX, open System administration > Setup > Services and Application Integration Framework > Inbound Ports, disable the port you want to configure and click the Configure button.
You see that it's important to tell us what you're trying to achieve from the high-level perspective, because your idea about how to do it may be incorrect and dealing with details of a wrong approach won't help you.
