Stuck Inventory

We use lot tracking for our inventory.  We currently have 1 case of an item left in inventory (which doesn't physically exist), so we want to adjust it out of the system.
The correct Item/Lot# exists in Bin Contents.  When we attempt to adjust it out of the system, the Lot # doesn't exist in Item Tracking Lines.  Since we can't select the Lot # in Item tracking, we can't post the transaction.
However, item tracking does say there is 1 CS of a different lot # available (which also doesn't exist).
Is there any way I can force an item journal entry through to remove the 1 CS of 1 lot out, and also deplete the item tracking of another lot #.

    Hi, can you try adjusting it directly in Item Reclassification Journals?

    Hi Brian, does the lot show a remaining quantity in the item ledger entries?  We have had scenarios where the bin contents and item ledger entries do not match, and that would cause a problem like you are experiencing.
