Hello everyone,
In AX 2012 R3 We have the following 2 issues with receptions and consumption in project POs:
1. In an Internal Project, on every PO Product reception, items are always “immediately consumed”. No question "Consume items for the project immediately" asked.
2. That immediate consumption doesn't update project expenses. Rather, the items stay in an "Deducted" state in Inventory, and expenses are updated when the invoice arrive. Which is standard behavior as I've read.
Questions:
- Where do I configure an internal Project to ask if I want to consume immediately on reception?
- What may I do to force expenses updates on those items that are in “Deducted” state? We can’t wait for the invoices.
