I am trying to retrieve the information related to workflow tracking details from Dynamics 365 using its excel add ins. But I can't find the table where the workflow tracking details are stored after a purchase requisition has been approved.

Can anyone please help me on this?

Hy,

this could be found winthin the Workflowtracking* tables. I didn't see data entities for this tables, the only one I found was WORKFLOWAPPROVALHISTORYENTITY.

Dear Andreasraithel

After a workflow item is actioned then it is deleted from the WORKFLOWAPPROVALHISTORYENTITY. I need to know after this where it goes.

Hi Neushad,

Was your question answered? You mention that something gets deleted from the mentioned entity.
The entity has some filters applied, but it using the correct tables. In case you are missing records, you can try to duplicate the entity and remove or adjust some filters.
