Can anyone tell me where I can find the location, whether it be text file, registry key, xml file, etc., that will stop the SSRS web portal from logging in under a different user. This issue is causing all sorts of errors. Here is the discrepancy below:
Anyone know where the configuration to make the SSRS portal log in automatically?
Be aware I have deleted the local Windows profile and rebuilt it.

It is weird too. It is just this one user ssadmin2. Also your tool didn't work. It couldn't detect reporting services on the remote machine.
I will try that tool. Also we are using SQL server 2016 which doesn't use IIS it is configured through it's own utility.
It could be related to setting up Kerberos authentication instead of the default NTLM, to be able to allow services to impersonate users. You also need to set up special settings for the user account in the Active Directory such as log on as service. Microsoft has a tool available to validate such authentication settings for SQL Server with which you may experiment to get some idea on what is required, but please be aware that this is just to point you in a direction on what might potentially be the issue, rather than a solution for your exact problem.

It could be some IIS-related setting if it is not the Kerberos authentication, or maybe it is a combination of both.
Is this the correct forum for this question? You could probably better ask this question on the SQL reporting services forum: social.msdn.microsoft.com/.../home
