Hello!
I have to list all lookup fields from the User entity which are used in other entities (like, the fields that have a relationship with the User entity in other entities).
I tried using FetchXML and other XRMToolbox tools, but so far with no sucess. Can somebody help me, please?

Have you tried Entity Relation Diagram Creator on XrmToolBoox? journeyintocrm.com/.../
You can use it combined with other tools (maybe metadata document generator?) to get your lookups.
Otherwise, i can't think of anything else, except submit a ms ticket request to get a backup of your DB and then do it from SQL way , but that's a very bold move!

If you export all fields in the system to CSV or Excel there is a column name Referenced Type. If you then filter it by the relevant type you will have a list of all lookup fields targeting that type

In the default solutions > Components > Entities > User > N:1 Relationships you have a list of other entities related to User.
Isn't that a good starting point?
