Trace logs Outlook to CRM

Hi,

Can someone help in checking the trace logs from Outlook plugin to CRM? My objective is to check for the status of synchronization of an appointment I created in Outlook.

I have enabled the tracing to Verbose category. It's just that I don't know what to check in the trace logs. Are there any keywords that I have to look for?

    Hi Gracia,  Thank you for using the Dynamics Communities.  Here is link for troubleshooting Server Side Sync - docs.microsoft.com/.../troubleshooting-monitoring-server-side-synchronization.  This should have some good information in regards to what keywords to search.
