Add input in retail transaction POS AX 2012 R3

Dear all,

I am using AX 2012 R3 CU 12. I want to modify Retail POS to pop up an input before payment is made.

This input will store in Retail Transaction Table in Retail Channel Database and AX HQ Database.

I cannot use Info Code because this pop up only show if the variant is A.

Please help. Thank you.
