Hello community,

We have the latest version of D365 Sales online, and on none of the forms (Lead, contact, Account) we dont see the little handy address popup that used to exist in previous versions:

Any ideas if it is possible to add this functionality in version 9.1?

I have the same question (0)

    Hi,

The address popup you are referring to is a type of composite field i.e. composite address. Composite fields are no longer supported in Unified interface which you get with v9.1.

If you are looking for the same functionality, you might want to check this block which talks about getting the same/similar functionality using PCF control.

    Hope this helps

    Hi Pop,

Composite fields are not available in UCI app, which is by-design.

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/about-unified-interface#capabilities-not-yet-on-unified-interface

And all fields about it were split into individual fields in UCI, and these fields are prefixed with 'Address1'.

Or you can create a separate section called ‘ADDRESS’ to put these fields, just like default form of Account.

    (1) Go settings > customization > customize the system > entities > form to add section and named with ‘Address’.

    (2) drag Address field in to ‘ADRESS’ section.

    (3) Save and publish all.

However, If you want to achieve address popup effect similar to the one in previous versions, you can use PCF control and follow steps that Ravi provides above.

    Regards,
