Looking to see if anybody had any insight. I have created multiple sequences for opportunity entities and have had no issues.
I recently created a segment and sequence for leads. The segment is activated and identifying the records with no issues. Email engagement is turned on yet when they are enrolled in the sequence the first step of the sequence happens as normal but none of the steps after initiate. Has anybody ran into this issue and found a way to fix it?

What about the Up next in lead, did it show any error message?
By the way, why it is phone call icon. Maybe you choose another sequence.
Yes, we have made that a required field. All of web forms where leads are imported from also require email

Did you add the Email to each lead?
Here is the designer which is very simple. It fails after the wait time on all of the connected leads.
Here you will see they were connected on 1/30 so after the wait time the automated email should have been sent on 2/1

Maybe the sequence you created for lead has something wrong.
