AX 2012R3: getting error when starting AOS

Hi All,

I am getting following error in event viewer when restarting AOS, although service started successfully, but the all inbound services are not active, i need to reactivate it manually going to inbound services. I doubt due to this no report is running even after starting the inbound services. Any idea on this error. 

 OS: windows server 2008 R2

AOS: AX 2012 R3.

    Try to start a Full CIL compile, it will start the imbound ports.

    If you get errors with CIL some imbound ports will not work.
