process of setting tasks, taking into account the change in the closing date of the opportunity

Hello, I need some advice.
We automatically create an opportunity and set an approximate closing date in1 year.
We need to send 3 tasks to the manager: 6 months before closing, 3 and 1 month.
The difficulty is that the field with the closing date of the opportunity may change, in which case the date of sending tasks should also change.
How can I set up the process of sending tasks taking into account the change in the closing date of the transaction?
