Not able to install BC19 OnPrem Build 36700 [DK Version]

Hello,

I am trying to install BC19 DK Version but somehow I am getting this below error.

To resolve this issue I have tried several ways.

1) Running setup from the shortest path. -> Setup Folder is in the C drive.

2) After uninstalling all the previous environments from my Machine.

3) Tried deleting all Temp files from [C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Local\Temp]

Do we have any other solution to resolve this?
