Hi all,
I have a question regarding online users.
As it is shown above, active users quantity is different with currently active user. Do you know why?
Another question is, can we manage worker session type to run in a specific server only? Currently it always match with user who log to AOS server. I don't know whether it is possible or not for worker run on different AOS?

Already found the answer. Users are count based on named, not by type. Other session type worker caused from our batch job user.

Can you refresh the form again to see the number of active users? Maybe it is not refreshed after users log off.
If there are multiple AOS servers,the client will use the first available(except if all the AOS servers are down).we only can define how the user connects to it by cluster. (System administration > Setup > System > Cluster configuration)
BTW we can distribute the user load in AX across multiple instances of AOS by creating a load balancing cluster.
