Data export stuck in execution status - BYOD

Hi,

I am exporting customer records using data managment BYOD, the record count is around 3,00,000. 

The issue I am facing is the BYOD export status is stuck in execution status. After a while I get the info message that the export has been completed but still the status is stuck to execution.

When I am checking the records in my target DB, I am seeing only 5000 records.

Solutions I have tried:

1. I have increased Send timeout to 2 hours in Framework parameters -> Bring your own database.

2. Republished the entity.

    Hi Sami Noor Khan,

    I guess you have used manual export and sometimes it lose connection if you don't refresh page too often. Have you tried "Export in batch" option?

    Yes but no success.

    I am getting this error when it says export is completed but not all records are exported.

    Hi Sami Noor Khan,

    Is entity mapping up to date (Entity list - Find entity - Modify target mapping - Generate mapping)? You need to republish the entity and re-add it to the data project after the mapping is generated.

    Another option could be to disable "Skip staging" option, sometimes it helps, but it will take much more time to export data.

    Looks like SSIS generic error message ,I would regenerate mapping and republish the entity and add that entity in the project again as Sergei mentioned and try to export.

    I am getting this error for FreeTextInvoiceEntity when exporting it using BYOD.

    Could not generate export file for entity 'Customer free text invoice' for job 'FinOps Export'

    I regenerated the mapping and republished. but still getting this error.

    Are you on PU34? If you tried all possible resolution, please open a ticket with MS to get appropriate error. And also can try to look telemetry on LCS and see if you get something there.
