Hi! Thank you all. Is it a way to integrate Dynamics 365 with any platform from Cisco? I saw that was a CallConnector from Cisco, but it is eol now. Also a zapier integration with Cisco Spark and Dynamics CRM, is it the same with D365?

Hi Ismael just wanted to check in and see if you're still looking? If you are, you may want to take a look at Tenfold. It's a CTI tool built for any business that handles customer interactions. It can also integrate MS Dynamics with any platform from Cisco ( ex. Cisco Finesse, HCL, Spark, even UCM).

Some of its features are a floating UI, screen pop, automatic as well as automatic call recording and logging.
Nothing that a reliable CTI connector can't resolve. You can check the ones on the market; we particularly use ours to integrate MS Dynamics with Avaya. I checked and they do support MS Dynamics-Cisco integrations: www.tenfold.com/.../ciscopbx.
