1099 NEC arr printing 2 on a page instaed of 3 on a page

Our client did not run the year end update for SL last year. They reported to me last week that they had problems printing the 1099's last year.

I downloaded the 2022 SL 2018 year end update and extracted the rpt files for the 1099's. I copied those to the user report folder and had them test printing them.

They said the 1099 MISC work fine but the 1099 NEC is printing 2 on a page. The forms they have are 3 on a page.

Is this because they did not run the 2022 year end update? I am a little concerned about running the update because it says it makes changes to the W2's also. they tell me their W2's printed fine.
