Trying to create a new work order in Resco Inceptions Mobile App and getting an error: Unidentified (until synchronization with server).
Please suggest.

This is by design. As you are creating a work order offline on the tablet. It hasent been assigned a number yet. You will have to sync the Work Order so it reaches the CRM Server then the Work Order Number will get populated after that.

I have verified that the customer is online while creating the work order.
Also, I have tried to Sync and also have restarted the app with still the same issue.
Any suggestion would be helpful.
I think its because you are using resco inspections application which is not officially Microsoft and probably doesnt follow to auto numbering process when you go and sync. I believe that this works in the Field Service App.
I know that there is going to be an update to the field service app very soon for the October release which integrates resco inspections to the Field Service app.
I hope we'll have to wait for the release then.
