Customizing Messages in Dynamics365 Error Dialog

When action throws an exception (Unauthorized or something else), the message is shown in out-of-the-box error dialog including information about the occurred error like: session id, error code and some non-friendly information.

How can we configure the message or customize dialog to hide this unwanted information?
