I have a custom entity for MoMs which is linked to accounts. In Accounts there is a Visit Completed field (also custom), which is a simple numeric field. I am trying to find a solution, for when the MoM table is set to Status completed, then the field "Visit Completed" on Account will count one up, i.e. if the count was 1 before completing MoM, it should now be 2 after completing MoM.
I have tried to look into both Business Rules as well as Instant Flows and Automated Flows, and I cannot figure out the correct way of solving this, so I am hoping you have any suggestions.
