Fixed Asset Management work space not showing in mobile

I have published three work spaces (PO Approval, Invoice approvals & Fixed Asset Management) so that I can work from Mobile Device.

In my D365 Mobile App, I can see PO Approval & Invoice approvals BUT I don't see Fixed Asset Management there. What may be the issue?

I have the same question (0)

    Hi,

Which specific version are you using?

Do you try to refresh/re-login to the mobile app?

Does the user have admin role?

When it is piblished, it should be visible. Can you share a screenshot of the mobile app config?

    Hi,

Do you talk about the standard mobile apps that you can publish or about opening D365FO workspaces from a mobile device through a URL in a browser?

I am asking this because I don't have a standard 'Fixed Asset Management' mobile app available in my demo machine.

    Is this possibly something self-created?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

Hello, you will need to exist as a worker in Asset management. Please create the needed employee and link this to your user. Then create the worker in Asset management under the Setup. You should then be able to see the work space. Hope this helps. Seems to have worked for me.
