Inventory Module - Movement Journal

Hi,

Looking for some help with the inventory movement journal. In the location column, we hit the dropdown and normally get a list of all locations. I believe a user accidently hit "hide" and we now only see an orange box instead of the location listing.

I've tried removing the field and re-instating etc etc but haven't been able to find a solution.

Appreciate your thoughts.

1. Check if there is a custom code written

2. Check whether warehouse has any location mapped

Hi,

Apart from suggestions made by Muthu, try by creating a new location and see if that shows up in the drop down. This may not be a solution but helps in narrowing down the issue.

do right click on form>> click personalize >> Click reset >> close & reopen form and check.

Thanks Muthu. Unfortunately, I don't know how to check either of these suggestions. Appreciate any help you can offer.

Thanks Jay. I don't have the "Personalize" option when I right click on the form. There's a "Setup" option which, once clicked, has a "Reset" button. Clicking this did not help sadly.

did you try selecting a different warehouse and check location is showing up?

You may take developer's help. As Muthu has said if any custom code is written for this lookup may be because of that list is not appearing. Also try with different item. It may be cause of missing some setup related to this.
