You can call custom logic from Info.startupPost(). Alternatively, maybe you could set up an alert for user log.

But I would ask them why they need it. They might have a broader problem with security, for example.

    Thanks Martin,

It's actually customer requirement. They might be monitoring users based on that.

User logins are already logged in AX, each login and logoff (unless the application is not gracefully closed) are getting stored. Check the User log in the System administration module. You could set up an alert with an e-mail target for record insert operation on that table, no need to do a customization, unless you want something more complex as per your customers' requirements, which you have not explained clearly why and in which cases would they need this, and why isn't the user log suitable for checking this. They could just pull a periodically scheduled report in a batch for this.

    Thanks Vilmos,

For example : Suppose we have 10 Users from Account department and 7 users from Sales department.

I want to put Account department users and sales department users at separate group.

because we want to  set mail notification based on group.

As suggested , is't possible to do based on my criteria.

Please give me more shed on this.

    Thanks!

Your IT System engineers would set up an e-mail distribution list. You would create a service account for each department, and set the distribution list as their e-mail address. Import the service accounts into AX, set up appropriate security for them, then create the alerts using those accounts.by ticking the E-mail checkbox on the alert configuration. That way the whole department would get the notification.

In case you would need more details, all of the above could be found using your favourite search engine within the MSDN documentation and blogs.
