In our organisation we have multiple manager. These managers approves requisitions which has 3 steps. Step 1 is assigned to actual individuals however Step 2 is dynamic which is assigned to "Direct Manager", my question is how do I assign to an acting manager should the "Direct Manager" be on leave. Thank you.
I would recommend looking at the Workflow delegation functionality that will allow you to have all the workflows that would normally go to the 'Direct Manager' for approval, routed to another approver while they are gone on leave.
