Just ask your developer to debug it.

You could debug it in a non-prod system, where you have the same code, + data copied from prod. Then you can find the exact reason why it behaves that way.

    Hi Siriram GS,

I don't think so there is more setup related to this in default, if you want to confirm ask the system admin or engage a developer. There might be a possibility of customization here.

    Regards,

    Zain

Actually we never use the HOLD function in the sale order. The user ID '$7B1E' is a normal user and responsible for the order generation, hence in the log it shows his ID.

Sales order are created manually just by selecting the customer id/ product code/ qty.. as normal standard process.

    Hello Sriram GS,

The hold user ID '$7B1E' does this say something to you? Is this a 'normal' user or a technical user account that is used for automatic processes?

How are the Sales Orders created exactly? Do you manually set them up or are they imported from another system by selecting a button of something alike?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hi,

Nothing is selected in the Function section.

it has only the Order Holds button. Now we are clicking the button and clearing the Hold status. Even Hold code is also not assigned

    Hi Sriram,

Can you see anything on click on Sale Order action pane in the Functions section, order holds button?

    Hi Sriram GS,

If no configuration is responsible for what you see, talk to one of your system admins or developers. They should be able to tell you whether a modification has been implemented here.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig
