Hoping someone can give me a bit of guidance on an issue I am having with how lookups are rendering in model driven apps.
We have recently stood up a new instance of Dynamics 365 CE on premises 9.1 with the September 2023 security update applied. The importing of our solutions worked without any errors or warning and our model driven app works 100%. However whenever you click on a look up field on an entity form it shows the lookup selection as full screen rather than as a dropdown below the actual lookup field. The lookups work fine in the original environment but just don't work on this new instance we have set up. I have searched the web for a couple of days and I can't seem to find anyone talking about the same issue. I have included a screenshot below.
Has anyone come across this issue before or have any ideas how I can have this render as a dropdown below the form field?
