RE: Comment paramétrer les congés payés et les RTT ?

After reaching out to a Microsoft consultant via the support service, we managed to set up paid leave ("Congés Payés") and employee's leave ("RTT Employés").
A. For Paid Leave ("Congés Payés") :
1.Name of the leave type
2.Description of leave type
3.Leave Workflow:
- Using an hierarchy type, allows the leave request to be sent to the manager.
4.Category :
- Scheduled leave prevents the employee from requesting leave less than 2 weeks prior to the leave period
5.Start date
- The default calendar lasts for 12 months
- 01/06 is thus the date at which the leave balance is updated each year
6.Adjustment leave type
- This is the frequence at which the leave balance is updated during the year
7.Personnalised leave amount
- Pro-rata for employees that started after the first day of the month (example : 15th June)
8.Minimal amount of month from which an employee starts to accumulate leave days
9.Number of days accumulated each month (25/12=2,083)
10.Maximal amount of leave days passed from one year to the next
- In ordre to transfer the leave days from Year N to Year N+1, the maximal amount must be 24,96 (2,08*12). The leave period taken in Year N will be deducted from the maximal amount. For instance, if an employee took 15 days in Year N, the amount transfered from year N to year N+1, the reported amount will be 9,96 days.


B. For Employee's leave ("RTT Employés") :
1.Name of leave type
2.Description of leave type
3.Leave workflow (same as paid leave workflow)
4.Category (same as paid leave)
5.Start date
- RTT are set up on the standard calendar so start date is January 1st
6.Adjustment leave type (same as paid leave)
7.Personnalised leave amount (same as paid leave)
8.Minimal amount of month from which an employee starts to accumulate leave days (same as paid leave)
9.Number of days accumulated each month : the number of RTT days varies from one year to the next so it will have to be updated each year manually by HR (number of RTT /12). I haven’t found a way to automate that part.
10.Maximal amount of leave days passed from one year to the next : since RTT days need to be completely used between January 1st to December 31st of Year N, 0 days can be reported from Year N to Year N+1.
