Number sequence is not showing on custom wizard.

Hi everyone,
 
I have a custom form wizard and I have an issue, the issue is the number sequence is not showing in the form wizard.
 
 
I also created a new number sequence for it but the issue is still there.

    Have you override the create method of form DataSource and assign the value to ContentId from Number Sequence class?
