Hotline notes disappearing?

So I have a user that tries to add Hotline notes to Service Calls.  But every so often, she's claiming the notes she adds aren't actually being added as others in different departments can't see the notes.  She's the only one in the office to have this issue to my knowledge, so it shouldn't be an issue with the shared folder setup, but possibly on her machine.  I'm just wondering what could be the cause?

    One thing I could suggest is to check if the Notes Index in the GP company is set correctly and not somehow duplicating notes across multiple modules..

    Good Day

    The Hotline notes ( clicking the Hotline button in the Service Call Entry/Update window ) store in the SY03900, just like any other note.

    If you look in that table, does the note exist?  Can the user who created it see it?

    I'm not aware of any security or other settings for Service Calls that would prevent users from seeing notes entered by other users here.

    Hi,

    Are you talking about Notes added thru the samll 'sticker' icon in the GP forms ? Does someone attach files to these Notes ?  and just to confirm, are those attached 'files' disappearing in the shared Notes folder ?

    The settings for the Notes folder are defined in the DEX.ini of the GP client. Have you checked that they are pointing to the correct location ?
