Excel Export from NAV2018

I noticed from my server client that when Excel isn't installed, it exports an xlsx file instead of opening Excel and trying to use the add-in.
I would like to use this feature on all clients, not just those without Excel.

The reason is I am trying to run the NAV2013 client concurently, and the NAV2013 export needs the Excel add-in to work with the 2013 version (which doesn't work from NAV2018).

Is there a way to flip a switch and make NAV2018 to always export an xlsx file instead of using the Add-In?

If you uninstall the add-in from both NAV2013 and NAV2018, NAV will download the file instead of opening Excel.
