Potential Duplicate Records View doesn't show the Matched Records - Duplicate Detection Rule

Hello all,

The potential duplicate records view doesn't show any records although the counter shows that there is a record matches the duplicate criteria as shown in the below screenshot

We are using a custom lookup field and the OOB customer field in the rule that should exact match.
