Getting error on click of Duplicate detection

Hello All,

While clicking on 'Duplicate Detection Settings', I am getting below error and unable to open the settings. I have System Admin role on CRM instance. Is there any way to remove this?

    Please log support ticket with microsoft.

    admin.powerplatform.com/

    It seems to be happening for new trial instance as well once I have installed 2020 release wave 2.
