We are facing an issue while importing lead. PFB error details

there is number of things that create that error

How are you importing the lead? By excel? And if so, what fields are you using for the import?
You must give us some more details please.

Hi Joana,
We are importing leads through excel. we are facing this issue only in Prod(CRM) instance. we tried to import same in other region(crm5) and it was working fine.

Can you say which columns you are using on you excel file? Do you have "Modified On" on your excel?
we are not having Modified on Column, but we have "Date Lead genarated on"
Is that an out of the box field or a customized field?

Just for Cross Check Download Template File of lead from below path mentioned in screenshot and Check both have same column name or not (Prod(CRM) instance and other region(crm5)).
You told us that it will work there. So Just Cross Check these Scenario both have same column Name? NOTE:- Make sure even single letter is not skip when you check
