Dear all,
We are attempting to integrate with Jira an transfer tasks from there to a Project WBS in D365. Naturally, when you import changes to a WBS, it creates a new draft WBS and a new hierarchy. So if my hierarchy has 500 wbs lines, and I perform 10 updates to it, this would be 5000 new records. This is tarting to take a toll on the system because we are mass producing redundant information. We made arrangements to optimize the integration and create less WBS drafts.
My question is - is there a process or functionality to clean up old hierarchies or all WBS versions? Some cleanup batch job or just to do it manually.
Thanks in advance.
BR,
Simeon
