TSXXXwinspool=0;0 entries in the Dex.ini file

We are using a Terminal Server for Dynamics GP and keep seeing several entries created in our Dex.ini file for 'TSXXXwinspool=0;0' (XXX is a different 3 digit number).  From what I can tell it appears that these entries are safe to remove but they keep

coming back.  Does anyone know what creates these entries and how to keep them out of the Dex.ini file?

We are also using the Font, Tolerance, and MinMilHeight settings in the Dex.ini file to control the Default font for Text reports and the creation of the TSXXXwinspool entries throws this off by inserting records at the bottom of the file which is where these entries are supposed to be.

    If you figure out how to " stop these pesky entries from poluting your DEX.INI file" using the support debugging as Mariano suggests, post it here - I have the same problem to - so far the priority has been necessary evil to live with.

    Thanks Sanjay.  I saw that article but was hoping for some more insight as to what the root cause of these entries are.  We have the Support Debugging tool in a test environment but we are not ready to release it to production so I was hoping there might be a way to eliminate them without it.
