Issue while generating token from postman from client ID and secret

I have been trying to generate token from JSON for Power automate in IOM. The URL that I am using is taken from power automate developer resources' web API end point. I have also provided client id and secret but I get the following error

    Hi,

    I am trying to install Inventory visibility add-in in IOM. However, I was unable to do so by following the Microsoft documentation i.e

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/supply-chain/inventory/inventory-visibility-setup

    So I did the following steps as an alternative:

    1. Deleted all records from table On hand configuration in Power automate
    2. Used postman to call Inventory visibility install plug in API

    For the second step I need to access generate token from Postman to create its connection with power automate. For this purpose, I used client ID, secret key and url from web API end point (taken from developer resources of Power automate)

    What is the issue trying to install the IV add-on. Do you get an error message.

    What you are trying to do is unsupported.

    I recommend opening a support ticket on the original issue and I can get an engineer to look at why you are unable to install IV

    Hi,

    Thanks for the swift reply. I did not get an error while installing it, however even after doing all the steps provided in the documentation, I got the same message which is as follows:

    Unfortunately you will need a support contract as we need the support team for IV to look into this. If you have one and it is not working, use the contact us link on the screenshot or work with your company admin to get the correct contract in place on your tenant.

    I am trying to get somebody from the IV team to follow up here but I can't guarantee it. The support ticket is the best way to proceed.

    The issue is caused by that this environment is not registered in IV successfully. Please follow the guide provided by IOM team,

    1. Deleted all records from table On hand configuration in Power automate

    2. Used postman to call Inventory visibility install plug in API, here is the link about how to set up a postman environment with Dataverse. learn.microsoft.com/.../setup-postman-environment
