Hello,

Changing the session date  did not reflect on the transaction dates

I have changed the session date and try to create a sales order but the transaction date did not change

    Hi Edward,

When you say "transaction date", do you mean the "CreatedDateTime" of the Sales order? Changing the Session date won't have that effect.

TechNet on Changing session date: ( technet.microsoft.com/.../aa571130.aspx )

"By default, client sessions use the current date when entering and posting journal entries or source documents. You can change the date that is used for your current Microsoft Dynamics AX client session. Use this feature to back-date journal entries or source documents, if necessary."
