Error in connecting Fin & Ops to power apps

Hi all,

Hope you're doing well.

I trying to connect fin & ops to power apps using F&O connectors, I got an error like this,

I don't know whether this error is from Fin & ops environment side or
power apps side, If you know please reply and suggesting your answer in
this thread, it will be very helpful to me.

Also I am using cloud hosted demo environment so now we're deleting the old demo environment and created a new demo environment. when I trying to connect power apps using new demo environment, it won't connect and throws an error as shown in above but when i tried to connected power apps using old demo environment, it is connected so this is issue here

please suggest me an answer here

    Hi,
    Can you compare the system settings between the new demo environment and the old demo environment? You can check your credentials to make sure that the credentials used for authentication are correct and up-to-date. Sometimes, expired or incorrect credentials can cause authentication to fail.

    Hi AXDynamics365,

    Have you changed all environment connections in your Power App? If there is a call to a non-existing or not running environment, you can also get this error. If this is all OK, you can check the connections and see if there is an open action to provide the correct credentials for a valid link.
