Invalid object name AX.dbo.CUSTCONFIRMTRANS

I restored a backup from my live AX 2012 R2 environment to a test server, and now I can't confirm Sales Orders.  SQL returns an error saying "Invalid object name AX.dbo.CUSTCONFIRMTRANS".  The table exists in sql and the AOT.  I've tried full x++ compile, CIL compile, synchronizing the database, restarting AOS... I'm at a loss.  Any pointers???

Never mind, someone unbeknownst to me put a trigger in the table... awesome.  Disabled it in the test server all is fine.
