Fulltext Search in documents stored in sharepoint

Hi, is there a way to do fulltext search in documents which are stored in sharepoint directly from D365. Saw an articel from 2016 but cannot find the "search box" in the current version.

Hi,

Thank you for your query.

As far as I know, this feature is not available in Unified Interface, the only option is to open the Document Location (by clicking on Open Location button) and search in SharePoint instead.

Hi JohannK,

I confirmed it with the Microsoft team that the search functionality is never supported in UC application for Document Associated Grid.

Previously, the Document Associated Grid search box in UCI had appeared, but it had no function and was a useless search box.

After taking over this bug, the Microsoft team removed this search box because it should not appear by design, the workaround for the customer is to simply navigate to SharePoint site and search.
