My CRM is taking a user local date time while creating new tickets but when i create tickets from powerapps, the field is picking est and not user local. this is being reflected in the email attachment in est format only. is there a way i can format the date and time which is in a format like '22-09-2021L14:15:00Z' to user local in 22-09-2021 7:45 format.?
P.s: when i download word template of the ticket it is showing user local i.e., 7:45
