i navision we have auto creation of no in customer card. when i try to submit new record from crm 2011 account it says that nos can not be except manual entries in navision as i am putting account number from crm acccount.. any soultion for it????

Which version of Connector for Microsoft Dynamics are you using? Versions after 1.5 support auto numbering in NAV but the first version which included support for NAV (1.5) did require manual numbering to be enabled. I suggest upgrading to the most recent version (2.3)
go to the number series and tick mark the Manual Nos also and then try.
