Error updating Security Role

Hello.

I am receiving the following error when trying to update one of our security roles. This happened awhile ago and we had to create a new role to use. 

We really do not want to have to create another role, does anyone know how to resolve? Thanks! 

An item with the same key has already been added. If you contact support, please provide the technical details.
