How to create loop in field services (inspection) logic?

Such that technicians can add multiple number of template questions according to the number of their test cases.

    Hi.

    There is no loop on the inspection. Although, the matrix question type allows you to add multiple answers.

    I think the best approach is to create a Work Order Service Task for each of the inspections. 

    If you know how many test cases you have before assigning to the technician, you can use Flow to create the service tasks for you.
