D365 Production floor execution form sign in error

Hi,

While opening the form Production control -> Manufacturing execution -> Production floor execution
We are getting the error as below after passing the Badge id and clicking signin
"Error executing code: <empty class> object does not have method 'getFirst'."
We are getting this error only in company "comp1" , however when we try to do access the same with "comp2" company we are not getting the error.

Is there any setup required before procedding.

Hello,

Hard to tell what the exact reason is. I can only give you ideas how to approach it.

Check if there are updates for your environment. If so and if you have the same error in a sandbox, update the sandbox and check if it occurs there. If it doesnt appear in the sandbox, make a database copy PROD=>sandbox and check again

If you dont have any customizations during this process, create a MS ticket. They might not fix it immediately, but will do it within the next updates, depending how severe it is. So it gets fixed for you and you stay in standard

Contact a developer to debug the process, even if you dont have custom code, maybe there is a field empty somewhere and you can fix it with a workaround.
