Hi,
I have been asked by a customer to take out a file for an external consolidation tool.
I have used the standard funktion under generel ledger/periodic/consolidation

This works fine and i get a file out.

I do have 2 questions that i have not found an answer to in the help or on Partner Source.

1. Where can i find an explanation field by field of what is in the exported file? Some of them are easy like company, dimension etc. but i will need a complete list of all the fields.

2. How can i export a file that exports accumulated values from start of the year to the date that i chose?

Any help i very much appreciated!

    HI SI,

    Regarding to question#2 , I guess your exactly issue is system accumulated on daily basic not lumsum basic. If my understanding was wrong , pls accept my apologize 

    Per my discussion with my Vendor. Base feature of AX is working in the way of accumulted on daily basic.

    For sample if we export from 1 Jan til 31 Jan system will extract by ledger we select and summar Dr/Cr for each day but for my company requirement we like system to sumup per range of period we specific. The summary figure will be by ledger and IN ORDER TO THIS NEED CUSTOMIZATION
