Journey Analytics missing Journeys

My Journey Analytics page is missing some journeys. I set the filter to look at all Journeys that started between 8/3/2025-8/9/2025 and a journey that was sent on 8/6/2025 is not included. There are no other filters set. Is there some reason this would not be showing up?

This looks unusual behavior , I would suggest to check status of your journey by changing it to draft and again live. If it still not appearing I would ask you to create Ticket with Microsoft.

    Hello,

In Real-Time Marketing’s Journey Analytics report, the “Journeys starting” filter is based on the journey start date (the day the journey was first activated), not on the date of an email send or step execution inside it.

From your second screenshot, the “Publications | TPG Wheat Genetics and Genomics Extended” journey started when it was activated (likely earlier than 8/3/2025), even though its first email send was scheduled for 8/6/2025.

If its activation date falls outside your selected range (8/3–8/9), it won’t appear in the analytics list — even if it delivered messages inside that range.

    How to verify

    1. Go to the journey record and check the journey start date/time in its details pane (different from the email schedule).
    2. Expand your “Journeys starting” filter to a broader date range that includes when the journey was first activated/published.

If you want to analyze journeys by when specific emails went out, you’ll need to switch to the Message analytics or Channel analytics tab instead - those filter by send date, not journey activation date.

It looks like your missing journey will appear if you include its activation date in the range.

I hope this will help you.

Since this journey is completed I don't have the option to change it to draft state. The journey did start on 8/6/2025. I will submit a ticket with Microsoft.

Adding-on to the correct answer by @Quartzite, I've found recent activity on longer running Journeys is more meaningful in Channel analytics.
You can't filter by Journey status on that tab, so it's best to select the specific journey(s) to be measured.
In a recent scenario, we had an issue with lead generated opportunities that took over a week to resolve and I wanted to make sure that the emails to contacts related to the opportunities started back up correctly, but also didn't over send. I am able to see that information in the individual email, but there are several versions of the email and this graph gives me a better overview of what is happening with the Journey.
