I am working for a client who, after migrating data from Ax to D365, wants to set up automatic reconciliation of bank accounts. On some accounts I am experiencing problems as I cannot activate the two flags (see below)
Reading some comments in the community, this could be caused by the fact that the account, once created, was used without activating the flag and now it no longer makes me activate the advanced reconciliation function.
In your opinion, is it possible to reactivate the two flags?
The Advanced bank rec flag can be set in the table via a custom script that a developer can create for you. Once the account is used, you can't edit the flag via the UI. Same should be true for the Use bank statements flag. However, be aware that Microsoft doesn't support setting those flags in this manner.
