Changing purchase requisition title/status & adding info to body?

Hello,

Does anyone know of a way to change the title in an email when a purchase requisition is first submitted?  Currently my requisitions say "XYZ Company: Approved", when in reality it is NOT approved, it is just first submitted and awaiting approval depending on the workflow settings (i.e. dollar amount, next in the approval chain, etc).  I really hate this because it makes me think "Wow, did my boss just approve that really quickly?".  It would be nice for it to say "XYZ Company:  Submitted" or "Created".

In addition to this, let's say my boss does approve it, but because it is an expensive item it requires the CFO's approval next -- is there any way in the body of the email to be able to put who (either username, userid, or email address) that the requisition is now routing to approval for and who it will be waiting on?   This is extremely useful to me so that I know where the req stands, and saves me time so that I don't have to pull up AX, go to purchase requisitions, and check the workflow manually.

We used to have this is a very old ERP system that we used and although AX is leaps and bounds better than it, I hate that we have taken a step backwards in this regard.

Thanks in advance.

    Hi,

You can control  the notification you receive and when you should receive that notification.

To do this open up your work flow and click 'Notifications' and configure appropriately.  (I would suggest playing about a bit with this as it can take a while to get it just right)

    hope that helps!

    Regards

    Hi Patrick,

Very stupid of me and I apologize, but this is for AX2009, and I assume your response was geared towards 2012?  Sorry about that.
